Quatre petits pots, quatre façons de goûter la Bretagne. Ce coffret réunit trois de mes miels infusés et une création exceptionnelle, imaginée pour les fêtes : le Miel et Safran.

Le safran vient de la safranière Ispisenn d’Iris Arbellot Repaire, à Pleubian, à quelques kilomètres seulement de mon rucher. Ses fleurs violettes s’ouvrent à l’automne et chaque pistil est cueilli à la main, puis infusé doucement dans le miel. Deux savoir-faire du Trégor réunis dans un même pot.

Le tout dans un coffret blanc noué à la ficelle, avec un brin de verdure, un bouquet de lavande séchée et une carte illustrée qui présente chaque miel. Prêt à glisser sous le sapin !

Four small jars, four ways to taste Brittany. This box brings together three of my infused honeys and an exceptional creation made for the festive season: Honey & Saffron.

The saffron comes from Iris Arbellot Repaire's Ispisenn saffron farm in Pleubian, just a few kilometres from my hives. Its purple flowers open in autumn under the same sky and sea wind as the flowers my bees visit. Each stigma is picked by hand, then gently infused in my honey. Two Trégor crafts, brought together in one jar.
